About Danielle
Danielle is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
Before entering the field of psychotherapy, she worked as an educator and holds a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor of Science.
Her background is in special education and culturally inclusive teaching, which has given her meaningful experience in supporting teens, young adults, and families. She has worked with individuals facing anxiety, ADHD, autism, selective mutism, identity challenges, and trauma - deepening her understanding of neurodiversity and the unique strengths it brings.
In therapy, she integrates mindfulness and somatic techniques from her yoga training. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and has completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
Her goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel supported and understood as you work together toward healing, balance, and resilience.
