A Space Just For You

Individual therapy is a space to slow down, explore your inner world, and make sense of your experiences - past and present. In our one-on-one work together, we’ll move at your pace, gently unpack the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and build tools that support the change you want to see in your life.

This process is deeply personal and collaborative. You don’t have to have it all figured out - just be willing to show up. Together, we’ll explore where you’ve been, who you are now, and who you’re becoming.

A Holistic and Integrative Approach

 

We tailor therapy to you - your needs, your values, your story. Our work draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, somatic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-informed modalities. This integrative lens allows us to hold space for all parts of you: emotional, mental, physical, relational, and cultural.

Understand the root of your emotions, learn to regulate overwhelming feelings, and reconnect with hope and motivation.

Trauma & Healing
Gently process past wounds - including relational, developmental, or intergenerational trauma - in a space of safety and care.

Explore the way you relate to others (and yourself), and build the tools to create more secure, meaningful connections.

Work through the impact of cultural pressures, marginalization, or identity-related stressors with someone who understands the nuances.
